About Poundland

Poundland is one of the main retail stores in Europe. Poundland’s head office is situated in Willenhall West Midlands. There are two major groups of people who contact the head office; the suppliers and customers. The two groups contact the head office using
different methods, this helps the head office to group related issues and process them accordingly. Poundland encourages customers and suppliers to sort out their inquiries through the respective store. If the customers and/or the suppliers are not satisfied
with the way their case is handled at the respective store, they are encouraged to contact the Poundland’s head office.

Poundland Darlington Complaints

Each complaint should presented at the store should take not more than three working days to process and get a reply. If a customer does not get communication regarding their dispute/issue within three working days from a Poundland store, he/she should contact the head office. When a customer challenges the product they bought from a store, they should report to the store manager with all the necessary documents. If the manager cannot handle the dispute, the customer is allowed to contact the head office through the store manager. The customer is issued with a product complaint form and completes it through the guidance of the store manager. The head office takes not more than 28 days to process the concern and contact the customer.
